BODYSUITS & INTIMATE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, all bodysuits and intimate items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
HIGH-WAIST SHAPING SHORTS
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, we recommend trying your shaping shorts on over underwear.
ACTIVEWEAR items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
We will resolve the issue promptly.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
